HealthSpring is the Medicare brand of Health Care Service Corporation, the same parent company behind Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma. Why the Name Changed
If you had a Cigna Medicare plan in Oklahoma, this is where that book went. HCSC completed its acquisition of Cigna’s Medicare business, so the plans continue under the HealthSpring name with HCSC behind them. This is a common source of confusion at Annual Enrollment - if you got a notice about a carrier change and were not sure what happened, that is the reason. 2026 HealthSpring Medicare Options in Oklahoma
