Drug copays on many plans apply at preferred in-network pharmacies; other in-network pharmacies cost more. "After deductible" means you pay the full allowed amount until the deductible is met. Signature plans are sold off the exchange only.
Ways to lower your cost
Premium tax credits
Available only when you enroll through HealthCare.gov. The credit depends on your household income and size and lowers your monthly premium on any on-exchange metal plan. Security (catastrophic) plans cannot be paired with a tax credit.
Cost-sharing reductions
If your income qualifies, on-exchange Silver plans come in enhanced versions with lower deductibles, copays and out-of-pocket maximums at the same premium. The table below shows what each level looks like.
Health Savings Accounts
The 2027 BCBSOK Security plans and every Bronze plan sold on HealthCare.gov are filed as HSA eligible, so you can set aside pre-tax dollars for deductibles, copays and other qualified expenses.

2027 BCBSOK questions and answers
Are these 2027 BCBSOK rates final?
No. The premiums on this page are the rates Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma filed for 2027. In its published rate justification, BCBSOK lists a proposed average change of 14.56% for its PPO plans and a 2.62% decrease for MyBlue HMO, with individual plans ranging from a 12.4% decrease to a 24.4% increase. Rates are subject to regulatory review and can change, and we will update this page if they do.
When can I enroll in a 2027 plan?
Open enrollment for 2027 coverage begins November 1, 2026 on HealthCare.gov and directly with BCBSOK. Enroll by December 15, 2026 for coverage that starts January 1, 2027. Outside open enrollment you need a qualifying life event, such as losing other coverage, moving, marriage or the birth of a child.
Which BCBSOK plans are sold in my county?
Blue Advantage PPO and Blue Preferred PPO are filed in all 77 Oklahoma counties. MyBlue HMO is filed in 15 counties: Carter, Cleveland, Creek, Lincoln, Logan, Mayes, McClain, Oklahoma, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Pontotoc, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner. Choose your county in the plan finder above to see exactly which plans and premiums apply to you.
What is the difference between Blue Advantage PPO and Blue Preferred PPO?
They are two separate PPO provider networks. For 2027, Blue Advantage PPO carries 10 plan options, most of them sold on HealthCare.gov with tax credits available. Blue Preferred PPO carries three Signature plans that are sold off the exchange only. Check which network your doctors and hospitals participate in before you choose.
What happens to my 2026 BCBSOK plan?
BCBSOK filed a renewal path for every one of its 92 individual plan IDs from 2026. Of those, 64 renew under the same plan ID and 28 move to a different plan within the same product. Your renewal notice will show your 2027 plan and premium. Benefits and prices change every year, so it is worth comparing before you let a plan renew automatically.
Which 2027 plans work with a Health Savings Account?
The filing lists 7 plan options as HSA eligible: both Security (catastrophic) plans and every Bronze plan sold on HealthCare.gov. The two off-exchange Signature Bronze plans, and all Silver and Gold plans, are not HSA eligible.
Do tobacco users pay more?
Yes. BCBSOK filed a tobacco surcharge for adults age 21 and older. It ranges from about 13% to 32% of the premium depending on age. There is no surcharge under age 21. Use the tobacco option in the plan finder to see the difference.
Can I get a tax credit with these plans?
Premium tax credits and cost-sharing reductions are available only for plans bought through HealthCare.gov, the federal marketplace Oklahoma uses. 18 of the 24 plan options are filed for sale on the marketplace. The 6 Signature plans are sold off the exchange only and cannot be paired with a tax credit.
Does it cost more to enroll through Oklahoma Health Agents?
No. Premiums are set by the filing and are the same whether you enroll directly, through the marketplace or with a licensed agent. Our help is free to you.
Ready to compare or enroll?
Oklahoma Health Agents is a licensed, independent agency appointed with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma. Our help is free and your premium is the same either way.
